What started out as a desire to save history by restoring an 1872 Opera House has become an event center that you can use for your special day. The goal was to have something truly unique and affordable. The opportunities are endless from weddings and receptions, parties, concerts and business meetings. We can accommodate all these options up to 180 people maximum.

The South Guthrie Community Center ( 5025 Guthrie Road ) is located at the Kentucky state border in the Warfield community. The site was the former Warfield School built in 1922 with Rosenwald School funds. The site serves as the home of the South Guthrie Improvement Association.
